Very smooth drink. Little to no bite. Caramel & vanilla.

Hands down my favorite bourbon. I actually prefer Weller 12 over pappy. Extremely smooth and great for sipping. Sweet vanilla with zero bite. Very mild, but with complex flavors. Wish it wasn't so hard to find. I could drink daily.

Complex flavors, but was a little too spicy for my taste. I can appreciate the complex flavors, but it has a lot of burn. Had notes of cinnamon and a slight hint of caramel vanilla, but an overpowering peppercorn finish. Lots of oak & smoke, simply wasn't smooth enough for me. It starts with spicy and ends with spicy. As my husband says "it will put hair on your chest"

I really enjoyed this bourbon. Very smooth & great for sipping. Vanilla & butterscotch flavors finished with a note of berry. Zero burn.
