Made from local honey and aged in bourbon barrels then seasoned with vanilla, allspice, a nice, cinnamon, and black pepper. Smooth and delicious! Great by itself, on the rocks, or sweetened with a spoonful of smoked honey.

Tons of smokey flavour with a hint of Speyside sweet. The Cask Strength bottles are amazing. This turned me into a lover of peated whiskey for the first time.
