Tastes

The gold standard for what a bourbon should be. I prefer it over plenty of ice.

Don't remember much except that I really wanted it gone so I could buy a bottle of something else. Don't do again.

My go-to whisky. It's smooth, easy to drink and generally delicious. A great glass will have a carmel midpallet. A less great glass can be peanut butter-like or even overripe bananas, which I don't like. Fortunately, the good glasses always seem to outnumber the bad.
