Rapid City trip. Very mellow on the nose. Fruity smell, but very very light. This theme is repeated across the pallet. It’s well balanced, very light. Flavors are all fruit. Surprising warmth after the finish.

Boulder trip at the bitchin whisky bar on Pearl St. Truly delicious. Worth every. Single. Penny.

Smells like apples in a great way. Sweet entry medium bodied in the middle, big finish that includes apples, Carmel, and an odd bitterness. Long warm finish with apple aftertaste. I drank two drams then quit. I can’t get over the weird bitterness.

Fruity with some burn on the nose. First entry was nothing and it built towards lots apricots at the end. Second sip was saltier, but more delicious. Not bad. Wouldn’t turn it down, but wouldn’t seek it out.

I was excited to try this one and came away disappointed. Thin flavor with a lot of burn.

Outstanding on the nose, carmel with a very slight hint of red hots. Big on entry very, a hint of apple in the middle, very full carmel on the back, long medium burn. OMG wonderful.

Outstanding! Drink neat. Ordered a double at Moxie in Cherry Creek. Loved it so much I literally left the bar to go find my own bottle.

Hello peanuts. Poured a tall dram, drank half, poured the rest out. Wont do again.

Bourbon on the nose, with a hint of peanuts. Flavor enters smoothly and builds towards a a bolder finish. I get normal bourbon flavors, banana, peanuts, pine, more burn that I would expect for the proof. Don’t love it. Wouldn’t do it again.

This was very unique and pretty delicious. It reminded me a lot of a low prof version of Colorado 291 Gold. Lots of bold popcorn smell and buttery popcorn flavor.
