    Color — very light amber. Nose — almost too light. Some orange and a little vanilla and rye spice, but all faint. Mouth feel — thinner. Taste — orange zest, vanilla, and rye spice Finish — medium. Rye spice shows up in spades. Perfectly good for 34 dollars

    Nose — clove, rye spice, some marmalade and cinnamon. Taste — rye and baking spices with some heat, more cinnamon and burnt sugar. Vanilla. Mouth feel — medium mouth feel. Finish — medium long. Nice Kentucky hug. Finishes with more rye spice and vanilla. Maybe a bit more marmalade. Very solid bourbon.

    Color — almost an amber, but slightly darker. Nose is pure vanilla first, then some burnt sugar and rye spice. Taste — vanilla, caramel, some citrus and a significant drying element — lot of oak really. Finish: medium. A nice Kentucky hug. There’s a drying, oaky element in the finish.

    Nose — cherry, then vanilla and a bite of ethanol. Taste — cherry, vanilla, burnt sugar. Very cherry forward. Finish — medium. More cherry then char and oak. Medium mouth feel. Quite good!

    Nose is oak and honey/sugar, then citrus with a bit of ethanol. Mouth feel is thin. Gets oakier and more char-forward the more I sip. Some caramel as well. Short finish. It’s okay. Perfectly inoffensive but overpriced.

    Very unique and full of flavor. Nose is just sweet with an ethanol back. Taste is a cherry pie filling punch, with some caramel, vanilla and heat. Medium long finish. Quite full mouth feel and pours dark.

    Very solid overall. Nose is HOT — lots of ethanol and vanilla. Taste is vanilla forward, then bleeds into chocolate and lots of rye spice. Relatively long finish with more rye spice. Medium mouth feel.

    Maple vanilla and caramel on the nose. Starts out strong with maple and vanilla then moves into a heavy rye spice with some pepper. Medium finish. Thinner side without feeling watery. Very nice

    Wow! Brown sugar, vanilla, frosting. A little burn, but full of flavor. Creamy and viscous mouthfeel and a long finish. Excellent.
