Tastes

A bit sharp at first with almost a hint of spice normally associated with a rye. Nice woody oak finish. To be honest, the finish is better than the first taste. It’s ok neat, but is better with a splash of water or on the rocks.

Unique grassy flavor with a hint of sweetness. Great meat or in the rocks. Very smooth and mellow with rich flavors. A very unique whiskey

Surprisingly dense bourbon with a sweet cherry start and a heavy oak finish. The oak lingers on the end and replaces the sweetness on the start.

Strong initial note, and not as smooth as one would expect from a 25 year old bottle. The initial flavor mellows quickly and has a nice finish, just a little shorter than expected as well. Very unique and worth a pour for the experience… it’s very unique and unlike any other I have had.

Great flavor on the front end with a mild oak flavor and a nice spice. The finish is what loses me. It’s a bit odd and acidic in a not so friendly way. If it had a better finish it would get a much higher rating, but it really puts me off.

Average bourbon with a decent flavor. Not my favorite and really just a good average bourbon.

Great flavor with a smooth finish and not too much of a woodsy taste , high proof but very nicely delivered. Not too harsh or strong
