Solid body with a nice adtertate that lingers just enough for me. I really like the blend of ages bc it r pounds out the tasting experience. A little spice up front, with a noticeable, peanut and toffee body.

Batch 1A. I was excited about this and to try something with more age. It was a step up compared to the usual 3-4 year ryes. However it left me wanting more. More depth to the flavors, more intensity on the after taste, more spearmint or herbal notes on the nose. For the price, it was ok as an $80 bottle.

This was a random purchase. Its not bad value wise when you consider its a 1L bottle. It was smooth, minimal burn with a nutty taste. Its a solid bourbon and onky rated lower than 4 because I wish it was more unique overall. You can buy similar good bourbon for less and more readily available.

Bold spice in the initial sip. Body is short and fades quickly. After taste lingers with a clean spearmint finish. It’s a younger rye. It it had more age I’d expect it to have a nice full body with more depth. As is, it’s a good buy for $30 but don’t expect much complexity

I’m digging this. Has a nice spearmint taste. Not like gum spicy mint. But a subtle fresh mint from the garden. Thick Carmel nose with no wood/oak smell. Also little to no oak in the taste. Thicker after taste that lingers like a Carmel candy

Solid whiskey. Short nose with a faint oak scent. Medium body with a slight bite at the end. Clean oak taste with some cinnamon

Tastes like whiskey filtered through spent Guinness grains….very distinct and not bourbon like. Pass

This was not good. All three of my drinking buddies said it was bad and none of us liked it. There is an offputting taste to it. way over priced for how it tasted.

Great change of pace from typical American rye. It has a cleanness to the taste that is refreshing. Light body, but a solid lasting bite in the aftertaste. It’s not a burn, but a strong spice note and not some kinda grass, smoke, nut. It’s just clean. I really liked it and bought it for something new. Definitely worth trying.
