"Soft aromas of green tea, thyme, dill, sage, cinnamon and a hint of green pepper greet the nose. The palate is a sweet, spicy, and herbal mixture of flavors such as nutmeg, clove, vanilla, golden apple, pine, cedar, and more dill and thyme. This is a whiskey that's on the fresher and more youthful side of the rye spectrum. "
