4.3. Really enjoy this bottle. Nose is good and strong with some spice. Has some nice flavors on the palette. The tasting notes describe the finish perfectly "smooth but biting". Great for the price.

3.6. Just tried it for the first time in a bar. It was decent. Actually had a bit more spice and heat than I expected. Went down ok, but WT 101 buries this.

4.5. This is an excellent bourbon. I was very surprised. It has a great finish and nice spice on the palette. Has a pleasant nose as well. Gets better as the glass warms in the hand. Great bourbon for the money. Will need to always keep a bottle on hand. One of my go to’s for cocktails.

3.4. This really isn't bad. Enjoyed this in a Glencairn glass, neat. Good nose, has a slight burn on the finish. Palette is good as well. For the price, it is pretty good.

Ok, now it is 4.2. This became much better after being opened and sitting for a couple days. Nose is real nice vanilla. Little sweet on the tongue, but not too much. Good for price. First review is still below. -3.7. Nothing outstanding. Seemed to get better as the glass warmed in my hand. Nose of vanilla. Not really a huge fan. Prefer other bourbons in that price range. Not bad, but not as good as I hoped.

3.3. Bargain for the price. Makes a great old fashioned and surprisingly good neat. Tried it on the rocks and didn't like it.

4.2. Nose of rye. Rye forward, palate is nice with some spice. Finish is quick but good. A little on the weak side. Good bourbon, but for the price there are better options. Will buy again if on sale. Good bourbon for beginners.
