Lovely Dark Rum Solera Blend, ripened in Port Barrels. Nose: Baileys (so Coffee, Caramel, Milk(chocolate)), Roasted Nuts, Vanilla, Banana and other Exotique Fruits like Coconut. Some Fig and Prune in the back. Woody after a lot of airation. Palate: Confirm Nose Aromas, sweet and well integrated alcohol. Long, aromatic finish Gains a lot of it’s complexity from all the barrels it‘s been in.

Providence haitian rum Blanc, First Drops
Rhum Agricole Blanc — Haiti, Haiti
Reviewed December 8, 2025WOW - What a powerhouse! Nothing I expected from a rum, really happy I got to taste it! Nose - Banana, Almond, Pear, Pineapple in the back, subtle hints of Elderflower, Strawberry and a lot more I cannot figure out 😅 Ethanol doesn‘t smell overly strongly but sort of is another Aroma to unpack without pushing the others away. Palate - BOOM, 57% does hit you but the longer you keep it on your tongue, the more satisfying the alcohol gets and it starts feeling like pure minerals. The aromas remain. Finish - Suddenly my mouth tasted like coffee, what a lovely surprise to end this complex, strong yet elegant Rum!
