Coloring is very deep cranberry. Cask strength, so personal preference of delusion is necessary. On the nose you get the charred oak yet also sweetness from the Sherry. Tasting Notes: Front of palate the charred oak comes through that will remind you of camping around a fire pit and will transition to a brief spicy kick which is pleasant. Middle palate, the oak with its spices and hints of vanilla will come through but will not overwhelm your tongue. Finishes with a nice sweet fruit sherry finish that helps to wash away that feeling of sitting around a fire. It is smooth finish.
