Tastes

This is a bourbon to have. To me, this is the benchmark by which I judge other bourbons. Excellent flavor, and complex nose makes for an excellent, flavorful sipping bourbon. There are better, there are worse, but this embodies everything a bourbon is supposed to be.

I love bulleit, but I just can't love this. I keep getting a strong dill flavor, especially in the nose. I'm usually a fan of rye whisky.. This is just a little much for me.

This bourbon disappoints me. Not because of its quality, but because of its inconsistency. When you get a good bottling, it's a phenomenal bourbon... Problem is it's a 50-50 shot that you'll get one that tastes like high proof Jim beam white label, with the nose of the finest rubber cement.

Best bourbon you will find for the money. Probably the best all around for under $25. I use this when entertaining for more traditional bourbon cocktails

Solid all around bourbon. Great for sipping, mixing or introducing someone to more premium bourbons
