Fruit forward; red apples and citrus. More complex version of weller special reserve. Little light on the mouthfeel but good finish. Recommend it if you find it.

Crunchy peanut buttery savoriness combined with some brown sugar sweetness. A bit of ethanol on the nose as you’d expect from a 126 proofer. Good warmth and Kentucky hug but not overpowering heat. Very excited as this is off the neck pour. Cheers!

Nice toasty nose with baking spices but with floral and red fruit undertones. Palate matches the nose and brings forth additional apple notes. High value if you can find retailing around $45.

Nose is deceptively sweet and traditional bourbon notes. However taste is bland and short dry finish. Very disappointing after the nose. Revisiting this bottle after about a year of opening. Wouldn’t recommend for value.
