Deep rich vanilla and brown sugar. Cake frosting. Very easy sipper for 130+ proof.

I am a WT guy, but this one leaves me wanting for more - maybe it’s the 90 proof, but I expect more complexity from a 10-year bourbon. This is probably my least favorite WT offering next to the 81 proof bottles.

Good, solid bourbon, but it didn’t “wow” me. IMHO it doesn’t live up to the hype, so I certainly won’t be seeking it out and I definitely wouldn’t pay more than $38 retail.

2019 bottle. I really like WT101 as an every day drinker. I absolutely love RB116.8. This is a rich, smooth bourbon with classic WT flavors but even better. Despite being high proof, it’s very easy to enjoy neat.

Great rye at an excellent value if you can find it. The bottle I have is from 2018 and it is delicious. RR SiB Rye is my favorite but 101 Rye is a close second and a good daily drinker.

I love this rye. Think pepper, Christmas spices, and Cinnamon Roll. Delicious.

So far I really like this bourbon. I just opened the bottle yesterday so I’ll wait to give a full review, so it has the chance to breathe. High West is doing good things with this and Double Rye. Then they go completely stupid with prices of their other offerings.

Just FYI, Rendezvous Rye no longer has 19 year rye, as in the description. It has 4-7 year ryes now from MGP and HW. It’s a shell of its former self yet it still costs $80. High West pricing is stupid. Get the Double Rye which is still a good value.
