Tastes

Smells like charcoal. Hits charcoal at first, but changes steadily to a rich maltiness, finishes sharp and slightly burning, which ordinarily I would not like, but in this case it somehow works. This is the stuff. 👍🏼😎

Slightly peaty/smoky, round and malty, modestly sweet, almost smooth, a little bite and flat bitterness but pleasant taste on the backside.

Caramel. complex middle, slight heat at the finish
