When drinking fire water dewars is at minimum a better blend than Johnnie Walker Red.

It's good and fine, but in no world would I choose over anything from Islay. Laphrpaoig, Lagavulin, Ardbeg etc.

The Ardbeg that leaves a little hair on your chest. So peaty, so complex, and the initial slight fruit expression followed by the bacon finish. Love it.

This is as "Gentlemanly" as the Ardbeg lineup gets. Silky smooth with all things considered. A nice and balanced smoke with a touch of coffee and sweetness.
