Tasting Notes
"This Scotch wears its sherry perfume well - letting that sugar-coated roasted nut flavor waft into the classic Islay smoke. Enough of Laphroaig's inherent characteristics - salty sea air, burning campfire, a hint of rubber, creamy toffee - still come through just enough. Most of the brand's expressions are older, and it's pleasant to taste a younger one with lots of chutzpah, but hardly any rough edges."
