COLOUR Burnt Amber in color when brought up to the light. BODY Medium body, slow moving droplets NOSE Vanilla, chemically, apples PALATE Ethanol/chemically start and end. Vanilla, woody, ans maybe apples. Deep taste but not very smokey. FINISH Lingers in the chest with a nice warming effect Served neat in a glencairn glass

BODY Full body, takes a while to start running NOSE Smoky is predominant, beyond that cherries, meaty, woody. PALATE Tastes meaty brine, with tinge of rich fruit. Oily with some ethanol flavors. Little spucy left on the tongue FINISH Lasts a while and leaves a nice warmth in chest -
