Wow! I'm so impressed at how Whistlepig continues to innovate with their Boss Hogs. Each one has such a distinct flavor. This one has an intense cinnamon, almost incense-like start, followed by a complex long lasting finish through various types of aged wood. I can't help but picture I'm on an old ship with timbers that have seen countless voyages holding together bravely on the high seas as I sip this. Fantastic stuff.
