Nose: banana, sweet, caramel maybe a little rum spice Pallet: pepper, caramel, banana, vanilla Finish: warm, pepper, vanilla A very nice barrel finish. I usually like the straight style but this is a nice change. Could make me want to try other styles with cask finish. Goes above what Jameson does

Normally I try to do a nose, pallet, and finish. I couldn’t get past the bitter finish. Almost an artificial flavor bitterness. I will probably use for cooking. Not sure if it can be used for mixing. The one positive is if you want a pour to last for a while, this is it. You don’t rush back for the next sip.
