Lagavulin Offerman Edition Charred Oak Cask
Single Malt — Islay, Scotland
Reviewed December 20, 2023This tasting is from an ounce or two neat. Nose is briney and smoky with an undeniable caramel aroma hiding in there. Initial taste is a bracing Islay… smoke, peat, and a pleasant burn. Once your tongue adjusts this one shines. Mixture of burnt sugars, dark caramel, and the smoke from making caramel. Delicious. Im really enjoying the layers of caramel, burnt butter, and smoke that waft through the long finish.90.0 USD per BottleWarrington Crossing
