Nose is full of brown sugar and molasses with a touch of baking spice. Flavor as a good amount of red berries with balanced oak. Soft on mouthfeel. Very approachable yet packed with flavor. Good value.

Nose comes across as baking spice and carmel with some hot ethanol notes. Also a light musty aged note in present. Flavor is an interesting blend of mineral caramel finishing drier than expected. Definitely different being a blend but enjoy the finish left behind on the tongue.

Grain comes through nice in the nose along with baking spices, carmel and a musty wood note. Taste is full rye with a heavy spiciness without being sharp. Rye covers the traditional carmel notes and goes into an herbaceous musty wood finish. Decent, but wouldnt buy again due to price. Many better value aged ryes out there.

Starts with a nice nose of carmel, cherry, apple, baking spice. First sips are thin across the palate as heat builds. Most of your expected bourbon flavors seem to be held back or covered by a dry tannic oak flavor. Wish the flavor followed the nose. Decent bourbon, but there is better value out there.

Nice nose filled with oak, baking spices, and cinnamon. Flavor is oaky, with loads of carmel, light spiciness and vanilla. Great depth from the rye without being to dry or earthy. Mouthfeel is full and coating. Definitely suggest this bottle at a great price point.

Great value bottle that tends to fly slightly under the radar. Everything you would expect from a moderately to higher aged product. Apple, spices, with layered grains on the nose. Flavor is complex and layered with good body. Nice long spice finish.

Originally tashted this at the distillery. Grabbed a bottle more because of it unique vanilla character and experimenting with it. Nose isnt that complex but is dominated by vanilla with a little sharp ethanol character coming through. The flavor is where this bottle turns interesting. It tastes so much like a high quality vanilla extract, but in a good way. Body is thin and it finishes sweet and quick. Fun to play with in cocktails.

Suble easy going nose with hints of cinnamon, carmel and slight fruitiness. Palate is a little thin with your classic carmel/toffee notes along with a light earthy/ herbaceous layer. No unique characteristics jump out and the body is definitely lighter. So many better bottles available at this price.

Classic vanilla and caramel notes with a little musty corn. Sip is medium body sweetness with carmel and toffee coming through. Light oily/ creaminess through the finish.
