This is a very delicious pour! I get homemade chocolate chip cookies on the nose. This is one of the bourbons I can chew and not taste any spice! So incredibly smooth and delicious!

This was an okay pour. Definitely had some dried fruit on the nose. I think it would be a good mixer but I did not care for it neat.

This bourbon was ridiculously good. I killed the bottle at my local bar and it was amazing!

Savory bourbon with a nice finish. This bourbon made my mouth water! Strange enough, I smell a fountain coke on the nose.

This is a very good cask strength bourbon. I feel like this is where it should start for most beginners that want to try a cask strength. I haven’t tried many full proof bourbons but I definitely look forward to trying more!

I get cherry and caramel hints on the nose but the oak taste is very prominent in this one. This one I feel would be better for a cocktail!

Makers Mark is a good universal bourbon. Great mixing and cocktails but if I had to drink neat, I would prefer the cask strength. I would definitely recommend this bourbon for someone new to exploring bourbon!

This pour was gifted to me through a sample from Jeremy Ray from the NBSC. It was a pick from K-9 Unit. This has the perfect amount of spice that I would expect from a rye. The nose was very pleasant sweet like baking spices but the first sip was a blast of citrus! The finish was extremely satisfying and left my mouth watering ready for another sip! This one is pretty high up on my list for Rye’s!

Very light whiskey but nice for a change with the typical notes normally being wood, caramel, and vanilla. This one if very floral which normal is not my preference. I actual enjoy this pour and look forward to sharing with friends!

This was a great alternative double barrel but the price point isn’t right for me. I tasted this on the tour but would not purchase it for my collection.
