Tastes

Was half expecting it to be overpriced mediocre whiskey in a cool bottle with the Belfour name on it, but I had to try it because Ed is a fellow UND alum. It's actually very good! It's sweet, but not your typical corn sweet bourbon. The pecan really stands out, with hints of caramel. It's a bit pricier than something I would typically keep in stock, but I might have to start!

Good cross between a bourbon and scotch
