Smoke at first. Campfire, but then more like burnt sugar or marshmallows. Lots of cinnamon. Some glenfiddich fruit way under - apples and pears. Brown sugar. Really pretty interesting and complex. Taste is less so. Sweet and less smokey. Quick finish and a little bitterness. An interesting experiment. Timmy recommended. Probably wouldn’t buy again. But it does grow on me.

Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey (Discontinued)
American Single Malt — Colorado, USA
Reviewed July 22, 2018Really sweet nose. A little bit heavy on the alcohol. Tickles the eyes. Light gold color. Super smooth and silky. Sweet and burny, with a slightly bitter finish. Maybe some chocolate. Not much fruit or spice. Surprisingly good. Had with Amy in Vero Beach 7/22/1815.0 USD per Pour -
Glenmorangie Nectar D'or 12 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed January 27, 2016 (edited December 6, 2019)One of Amy's favorites. Much like the 18, but sweeter and smoother Fairly ethanolly nose, even after it sits. Citrus and some banana. Pleasant finish, nutty, but not as much as the balvenie. Decent.
