For about a dollar more than the black label, this is BY FAR the best bourbon at this price point in the Solar System.
  2. Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon

To all those “bourbon experts” who say Willet isn’t any good: you are so very wrong. Great bourbon.
  3. Booker's Bourbon

    Bourbon — Kentucky, USA

    4.5 out of 5 stars
Back in the day when Booker was still alive and this was “reasonably priced” at like $55, it was just about the best bourbon under $75 on earth. No longer, but still amazing even at $100.
  4. Ardbeg 10 Year

If your cabinet has never had a bottle of this in it, “you know nothing, John Snow”.

    WAAAAY overrated.

I paid like $60 for this many years ago, and now it’s well over $300. Right up there with ANYTHING Pappy.
  7. Pappy Van Winkle 20 Year

My one and only bottle of this was purchased way before the Pappy craze. I paid $100 for it, and I hid the fact from my wife. Upon fist sip, I thought to myself “holy mother of God this is effing gooooood bourbon”.
  8. Glencadam The Re-Awakening 13 Year

    Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland

Pretty much the best non-Islay in my cabinet.
  9. Glen Moray Elgin Classic

    Completely underrated.

This is stupid good. If you can manage to find any, buy it on sight.
