Reviewed January 30, 2021 (edited January 7, 2022)Lemon, vanilla, and a sour note on the nose. Berries, pepper, and cereal on the palate, with some lemon on the finish. -
Banana and mango, with vanilla and wood on the nose. Slight grassy/earthy note as well. Mango, banana, and honey come through first in the palate, with vanilla and caramel following. This is pretty dang good for a (likely) young whisky that is their base offering. It's my first Taiwanese whisky and I'm excited to look to try their other offerings and see how they are
