A good flavor, has some of the smokiness of a peated scotch, and finishes sweet; but the body is a little light/lacking. Thanks Brian!

Everything I ever want in a scotch. Smooth. The right amount of smokiness. The right amount of body. No burn. Mmmmmm

woody notes, dry, strong bite, little bit of salt/spice on the finish. I would say it’s intense or full, but kind of one note, which makes it more of an easy drinker than an intriguing one. Which is kind of what I hoped for with the story of how it’s made.
