Reviewed January 16, 2016 (edited February 23, 2016)A nose of oak, honey, and maple. The taste comes through very sweet and mellow. A light floral oak with a hint of vanilla and maple. It brings forth a traditional Tennessee whiskey taste that is very smooth and well crafted. -

Reviewed January 11, 2016 (edited April 24, 2018)The nose brings pears and a light oak. The pallet brings the fruitiness up front that moves to toffee and oak in the back. It then gives a slight rye spice as it kicks down the back of the throat. -
Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon

Reviewed January 8, 2016 (edited April 24, 2018)A nose of sweet oak with a hint of citrus spice. The taste matches the nose very well. Oak with a hint of sweetness that finishes with a hit of rye spice. -
Batch 15.02, 111.6 proof. Nose of light oak, citrus, and spice. When it hits the tongue there is an immediate orange flavor that cascades over the tongue. It then burst into oak, caramel, citrus heat with a hint of the salty ocean air. The heat doesn't go far down the back of the throat before it dissipates and leaves you asking for another sip.
