Tastes

A peppery but light nose. The mouth feel starts light hitting first in the back of the tongue and the peppery eye then works its way forward to warm up the entire pallet. A little high on the salinity for my taste.

A light nose of citrus with a hint of peppermint and lavender. The pallet starts with a bit of sweetness in the front that follows with a peaty charcoal on the back.

A nose of caramel, orange, and peppercorns. The pallet is full, rich, and hot. I get a sweet caramel start that fills with a slightly salty warm heat and charcoal finish.

Nose is a peppery rye with a hint of the sweet morning dew. Palate hits strong with the rye and follows with a dry salty oak and bitter wood finish.

A nose of sour barley with a hint of oak. The taste starts with a sweet caramel on the tip of the tongue that quickly bursts on the back and sides of the tongue with a sour barley flavor and a heavy saltiness. That flavor burst is what remains on the tongue when all is said and done.

You smell the rye come through strong in the nose with a hint of caramel. The rye then hits you strong on the pallet with a bitter pepper finish that leaves the tongue tingling with a little heat.

The nose is that of a little orange and vanilla with fresh oak. The taste brings forth the oak with a peppery rye heat. It finishes with a slight hint of maple.

The nose is true oak with a peppery hit. During the first sip you get a sweet caramel that explodes into a peppery rye heat with a deep hit of oak. It's a little warm to the tongue but doesn't go beyond that. So overall it's a mild sippin' rye.

The nose has a slight fruity wine smell mixed with oak and alcohol. The drink itself is light yet strong. The slight wine taste comes through with a slight bitter and peppery finish.

A nose of oak, caramel, and vanilla. It skips lightly across the front of the tongue hitting in the middle with a charcoal, oak, and rye. Then the peppery heat of the rye comes through for a warm, but balanced finish.
