Light, needs more time in oak to age and deepen. Light color and taste, but an interesting run by HW aging their own juice.

Didn't appreciate this at first, but it grew on me. Sourced whiskeys (MGPI) but High West knows how to mix them. Sweet, wine rich, with a little rye grass that cuts through the sweetness. Glass, ice clink, yippee!
