Very full oily mouthfeel, with a wonderful nutty flavor reminiscent of walnuts.

Big punch of caramel and char. Excellent flavor, but a bit unrefined. Could use a few more years in the barrel.

Very nice sherry cask scotch. I love the higher abv and more concentrated flavor. Dried fruits such as dates come to mind. Perfect on a cold winter night next to the fire. Excellent, as expected from Adelphi.

One of my favorite bourbon cask whiskies. Burst of caramel on the nose, full bodied and relatively sweet. The relatively high abv works well here. Very enjoyable.

Very enjoyable. The heavy sherry is matched well with a punch of peat. Great mouthfeel. So much so that the 59.9% alcohol content is not overpowering. Very nice, balanced, and flavorful whisky.
