Tastes

Old dry oak, tannic wood, cocoa dust, black cherry.

N: Gingerbread cookies and orange zest. T: Cinnamon, honey and a hint of fresh peach. F: Bold rye spice and spicy oak.

Nose: Super sweet on the nose. Cake batter, vanilla frosting and sugar cookies. Taste: Sweetness carries over. Again, cake batter, frosting, a touch of oak all held together by an oily viscosity.

Nose: Nice balanced mix of oak, honey, vanilla and peach. Taste: Very similar to the fragrance. Peach, vanilla bean, lightly toasted oak and honeysuckle nectar give way to a spicy finish of cinnamon and clove.
