Complex. Very sweet with juniper towards the backend and in the finish. Not for mixing with tonic - preferred in clean martini form

Light citrus on the front - pepper on the finish. Pepper tends to be lost when paired with tonic... however a good non-intense juniper flavor. Easy drinking.
