Tastes

Spicy aroma, fairly thin. Pretty harsh body, but great amount of spice and flavor. I'd probably only use this in cocktails, could shine there.

Darker aroma, vanilla and caramel on the nose. Tastes like a rye almost on the tongue, heavy vanilla but with tons of rye spice. Fairly rich body, carries flavor well. Wouldbe guessed a rye if i was blindfolded.

Light sweet aroma, caramel and the sherry. Vanilla and oak on the tongue, plenty of burn but it's a combination of barrel and some spice. They play off each other, but the body is a little thin and the burn comes on strong. Above average but nothing really exciting with the flavors or balance.

Cereals on the nose, smells dry like breakfast cereal would be. Reminds me of Cheerios. rich and complex on the tongue medicinal bitterness and herbs. Spice hit too, maybe ginger. Body is medium but carries the flavors well. Absolutely heavenly, definitely recommend.

Banana pudding aroma. That might be a first. Tapioca even. Probably the vanilla. Mostly floral hits on the tongue, also completely unexpected. Meaty and rich, getting mostly botanical spice and wood. Similar to rye. Chocolate on the tail. Fascinating blend of flavors, very nice.

Heavy oak aroma, light maple sweetness. Flavor is powerful, and develops over time. Sweet cane sugar and syrup sweetness at first, melting into wood spice and burn. Very creamy and oily, super thick. Which is weird because for some reason I still wish it had a little more body. The flavor journey is fantastic though, I love this.

Deep spicy aroma, smells lovely. Flavor is a standard rye, medium thin body, could use a little more, but good flavors. Solidly above average.

Excellent malty scotch smell, flavors are magnificent. Glenfiddich with the richness dialed up, the flavors are the fruit and barley of scotch but they just pop way more than I expected. Perfect body, well balanced, could sip on this forever. Great if you're looking for something lighter than an islay but don't want to sacrifice the intensity.

Fascinating sweet spicy aroma, deep molasses with something else in it I can't place. Flavor doesn't match though, it's l wheat spice to the point where it tastes like a rye. Thin, very little body. Not bad, not super enjoyable.

Light spice and oak aroma, pretty faint. Flavor is sweet on top of alcohol burn. Not a great sweet either, like a simple syrup or corn syrup sugar with heavy ethanol underneath. A touch rich which helps but honestly not great.
