I’m getting dessert caramel and sour green apples on the nose. I get caramel, oak and apples and sweetness. Tingly, and really not a harsh bite.

I’m getting a lot of leather and tobacco and a huge ethanol. Sadly - this is one where the nose is better than the palate. Need to let this open up.

Oh my is this fantastic. Nose gives you so much. I got cookies and cake, little chocolate sweetness, I go back to moist yellow sheet cake. You get punched in the jaw with the ethanol, but it will smooth out on that Kentucky hug on the way down. Notes of vanilla cinnamon and spices. Absolute banger of a bottle.

Very mild. I get caramel on the nose. Floral notes and creme on the palate. Little bit of ethanol burn - not bad. Nothing grabby here, wouldn’t go back to this bottle. 82 proof

Mild, getting some dessert sweetness on the palate. It’s got a great hug as it goes down. I can see why this is popular

Fantastic bottle. I got the brown sugar and dessert on the nose and that dry sweet cracker and sugar on the taste. Low heat, sticks around and man is this awesome.

The Ron Swanson of bourbons. Super oaky on the nose, you get this like heavy sugary syrup smell as well. Maple and oak taste, honey cereal and butterscotch candy come through. Delicious bottle

Strawberry or creamy cherry and caramel on the nose. Cinnamon and Spice on nose and taste on the second try. Sweetness on the third taste. Great finish - this is a fantastic.

I really enjoyed this bottle. I didn’t get a ton of complex favors and smell but I definitely got dessert flavors and berries. Warm brown sugar, cookie, and cherries. I wouldn’t buy again solely off the price of the bottle. 130 is so high. I would think 50 for this bottle all day.

Nose - cherries and spice, little bit of baking spices. It’s a little hot in the beginning - the cherry cola taste is powerful, you do get a lot of vanilla in the finish. It’s 90 proof and feels a bit mild but overall it’s a really nice bottle. Something I look forward to trying again and again.
