    Sweet at first followed by a kick of nutmeg and clove. The rich vanilla compliments the oakiness upon first taste and last for some time after. A delicious Irish Single Pot with lots of class.

    A more flavorful version of the original. The cask strength didn’t have as much heat as you would expect. The finish was enjoyable and reminded you of the oak barrels where it once laid.

    My first Belle Meade. Sweet nose with a quick bite but lingering and flavorful finish - a classic, traditional bourbon. A sweet vanilla flavor stands out amongst a subtle heat.

    A great rye with a sweet aroma and smooth hints of maple. The finish brings vanilla along with remnants of a Cuban Robusto. A new favorite.
