Starts with a sweetness to the lips and tongue and ends with a smooth burn.

Sweet on the nose but be ready for bite. When tasted at distillery, they advised us to take a sip and hold it for 30 seconds to allow your taste buds to open before swallowing. (It burns) The sips to follow start sweet with vanilla and fruit. It then ends with a nice even burn across your tongue that’s similar to tart fruit and oak.

On the nose, it’s definitely sweet honey. Taste is sweet vanilla, caramel, and strong spice.

Nose: Gingerbread, brown sugar, cherry Mouth: sweet raisin, cherry, oak

I’m a fan of everything Texas but this one just doesn’t cut it. Sharp and cuts the back of the throat. Almost has a tequila aftertaste.

Easy sipping scotch. Almost has a bourbon feel to it.

Very interesting experience. Reminds me of a mesquite wood fire and latex gloves.

On the nose you get chocolate and the taste is a peppermint type finish
