This single malt and unique wood species creates a different American whiskey. The aroma is a bit grassy/peaty with a slight stone fruit sweetness. The first sip is mellow on the front with a creeping sweetness. Following tastes brings a touch of woodsy sourness on the edges, slightly sweet pear sweetness, and a pleasant growing spicyness and burn to finish.

This a fiesty offering from Bowmore. The nose is a light sweet fruit with undertones of buttered nuts. The early palate is slightly sweet pineapple/citrusy flavors with immediate spice and alcohol sensation. Then that trademark Bowmore mellow peat finishes with a little lingering tartness and prickliness. It's not as refined as it's older brethren, but it almost makes up for it with youthful exuberance.21st Amendment Wine and Spirits
