Reviewed August 25, 2022The Good: The nose is bright with hints of green apple and undertones of cereal grains. The forward is a bit sweet... The Bad: ...the mid palate is light with a bit of bitterness and lacking quality sherry flavors. There's no real aged oak interest. The Average: The finish is thin without any real distinguishing character. Overall this is average to below average. -

Reviewed July 6, 2022 (edited August 7, 2022)The aroma initially reminds of a warm campfire that makes you realize you're sitting beside the sea. The front taste is a subtle sweetness that fades into a peppery spice with herbal hints and a bit of brine. The after is a very pleasant savory smokiness that lingers on the palate. -
