5.0 Heavy vanilla, some butterscotch on the nose. Good amount of alcohol as well. Tastes of wonderful vanilla, almond nutty, cherry, with spice and butterscotch. Moderate burn with a warming in the throat. I will dream of this!

4.5 The aroma is sweet with no alcohol burn. Extremely good flavors of cinnamon and butterscotch. Slight burn on the tongue but it is mostly sweet and smooth. Excellent long lasting finish. Barrel 17-418 RH TYR D Floor 04-30-02 Harry's Liquor KCMO

3.0 Nice sweet nose with very little spice. Slight burn in the taste giving way to vanilla, carmel, wood and hints of fruits. Wish the flavor lingered a touch longer.

2.5 Very nice nose. Sweet and nutty flavor. No burn. Flavor dissipated almost immediately. Good

4.0 Smooth. Little spice with the sweet. Great.

4.5 Great flavor. Carmel, earthy. Very good. Pour at Pearl Tavern.

4.0 I seem to really like Knob Creek offerings and this is no exception. Great flavors.
