Very light and sweet on the nose, almost like white wine. Very very nice at first, quite light, a touch spicy, but just very nice for smooth sipping. Quite sweet, a little too much

Lovely daily drink type vibe. Sweet on the nose but still quite spicy. Nice balance of sweet and spicy on the tongue, just feels like a nice standard daily whisky

Very sweet and red fruits on the nose. Then very sweet on the palate, to be expected given the rum base, but a good combination with some spice and cinnamon taste. Great chat with the owner, see you in NYC!

Smells of lemon and blueberry on the nose. Lots of vanilla and cinnamon on the palette. Great balance of spice and dark berries. Lovely whisky

Very light color, very soft smell and flavor. Smells like green apple and light grapes, almost like champagne. On the palate it's a little spicy but just tastes like a fortified champagne. Very simple flavor profile

Nice honey and bread on the nose. Very very spicy on the palate and sits in the back of the throat. Quite sweet to try to cut through but not my drink of choice

Light fruits like peaches on the nose, quite sweet as well. Lovely to sip with just the right amount of bite but still smooth. Slightly peaty to keep things interesting through the sweet

Lovely on the nose, lots of red fruits, quite sweet, get a little bit of green apple. On the palate it's incredibly sweet and a bit spicy. Definitely can taste that it was in a bourbon cask.
