Tastes

A fantastic blend of flavors. I am usually impartial to eccentric whiskeys but this beats the reigning champ for me (Nikka Coffee Grain Whiskey). Bridges the gap between bourbon and peated scotch well.

Some vanilla but also cinnamon (I hate using this term). Some citrus maybe with a few drops of water. This is a tough find in California, though worth it.

Very smokey. Almost has a bacon undertone due to the salty, smokey corn whiskey. One of those unique notes for a collection, but not necessarily for a tradition bourbon drinker.
