Very good. I got in a shooter. I wish more high end whiskeys offered a shooter so I could try $150 - $300 dollar bottles without breaking the bank. On the nose i find chared oak, vanilla and leather. In the tongue there are typically bourbon notes such as sweet corn, vanilla and oak. They give way to some spice and rye. The finish is lingering hints of rye and sweetness. I like this pour.

I find chocolate, spice, mellow oak. A gentle heat as it goes down and a long creamy slightly oily finish with some sweetness.

Wow this caught me off guard. This is a very smooth easy sipper. At 101 proof I was bracing myself for a kick in the teeth, but alas no. The nose is oak, vanilla and caramel The pallet is almost fruity with hints of vanilla and salted chocolate.

Sweet, east drinking. I was rather disappointed. I prefer regular ol’ Jim Beam

Wow this is delicious. On the nose I find oak, vanilla and toasted grains. On the palate the the oak and vanilla give way to a creamy salted caramel and short bread cookies. Very smooth and easy to sip.

This is a very mellow Scotch. It has all the flavors I love in Irish whisky (vanilla, shortbread, oak etc) with a slight smokiness on the back end

Very smooth, sweet hints of smoke and oak.

I get dried fruit, caramel & oak. The 100 proof kills most other flavors.

This is a little thin. Sweet corn, oak & slight barbecue sauce. Is the best I can get. This would be good for those that like bourbon cocktails.

Yummy. Ok I was about 6 shots in when I wrote that review. This a very unique Irish. I don’t get the typical short bread & toasted grain notes as with most Irish whiskeys. There is definitely hints of tropical fruit and rum right up front. The finish is short and that is when you realize no it’s not rum it’s Irish. I really enjoyed this bottle but it is a little sweet and produces wicked hangovers.
