Bland, Sweet. It’s a reminder why I don’t really care for Canadian whisky

This is a very pleasant easy drinking whisky. On the nose I fry dried fruit, oak & cream burley it’s slightly floral On the pallet green apple, toasted barely, maybe short bread cookie. I might not b able to place all the different flavors and smells I’m encountering but I really like this whisky

The nose is not much to speak of a bit sweet. On the pallet I get a combination of peanut brittle and Créam Brûlée. A bit sweeter than I normally drink

Smooth average Irish

First dram neat: Nose: Oak, spicy & herbal Pallet: Spicy, herbal,caramel and a bit salt. On the rocks: Wow what a difference a little ice makes. Nose: Dark caramel toffee, oak & vanilla. Pallet: Sweet corn, charred oak, caramel, brine and some herbal notes.

This one is not for the faint of heart. Nose: Hard charred oak, very herbal and hot. Pallet: Again highly herbal, burns all the way down

Nose: Cinnamon, vanilla & oak Pallet: More vanilla, some chocolate caramel herbal rye notes. I’m really enjoying this pour

Nose: Sweet corn, wheat and ethanol Pallet: Corn, hint of vanilla and salted caramel. Very light not much depth. It’s ok. I think I like regular Jim Beam more then this.
