Redbreast 12 Year
Single Pot Still — IrelandReviewed April 12, 2023This is a very pleasant whiskey. On the nose i find sweet dried fruit with hints of baker’s chocolate. On the pallet i find cherry, plum and aged oak. As with most Irish there is a hint of short bread cookie on the back end. I will be buying this one again!

Kilbeggan Single Pot Still
Single Pot Still — IrelandReviewed February 25, 2023This is a very balanced whisky with not one overpowering flavor. On the nose i find toasted grain and some citrus notes. On the pallet I again find toasted grain almost like granola with some bright citrus. On the finish there are so peppery notes and some wiffs of smoke. Overall i like this dram.
Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USAReviewed February 23, 2023Very good. I got in a shooter. I wish more high end whiskeys offered a shooter so I could try $150 - $300 dollar bottles without breaking the bank. On the nose i find chared oak, vanilla and leather. In the tongue there are typically bourbon notes such as sweet corn, vanilla and oak. They give way to some spice and rye. The finish is lingering hints of rye and sweetness. I like this pour.
