Tastes

Heavy banana flavor. Followed quickly by a slightly medicinal flavor. Not a very deep flavor profile. Doesn’t linger in the mouth.

John O’s Liquor barrel 28 bottle 237. A very “traditional” bourbon flavor from Jefferson’s. A little heat and spice on the top of the tongue. Caramel and nutmeg on the end. Leaves a burn in the mouth at the end. And just a slight warmth to the chest.

Very smooth finish. A sweet and fruity taste with very little smoke or char flavor. The end has a very light oak flavor. Perfect neat and paired with fruit, dessert, or dark chocolate. The light fruity flavor is unique and is closest to an Irish whiskey such as one of the Spots.

Huge cherry flavor, but none of the artificial cough syrup type. Easy to sip on neat but better when mixed for something like a cherry old fashioned. Over all not a strong whiskey flavor as it’s covered by the cherries. If you like sweet and fruity this will do.
