Strikes a great balance between sweetness and spice. Fairly subtle heat for the proof. Lingers with vanilla and caramel notes. Barrelled 2/2014. 8years 7months First pour. Smells sweet of corn and vanilla Grainy, nutty, and oak up front. Pretty thin for the proof. Heat shows up with a bit of leather and more oak.
