A decent blend. Very light and sweet, with just a tiny bit of smoke on the back end

I wish I had the original to compare, but an outstanding whisky nevertheless. A very pleasant Speyside butterscotch and fruity nose, followed by a quick peak of spice on the palate and almost immediately finishes with more butterscotch and malty sweetness. Incredibly smooth for 48% ABV

Such a great whiskey for the price. All the classic rye spice and herbal notes, complemented by a sweet vanilla. Finishes like a red apple

Just a great classic bourbon. Sweet, vanilla, brown sugar and cherry. One of the best for the price for sure

This went in so many different directions. A very obvious berry fruitiness complemented by caramel, vanilla and cinnamon, but a little bit of a dry finish. Super rich nonetheless. While I enjoyed it, however, it’s pretty overpriced for what it is. If it wasn’t so expensive I would be more inclined to repurchase and recommend to others

The high ABV isn’t as bad as you would think on the nose, but strikes back with a vengeance on the taste. Once the bite fades, the classic bourbon vanilla, oak and cherry linger for days

Perfection. Right amount of peat and brine to keep things interesting while letting a little fruitiness shine through. ABV is on point

A lot more sherry heavy with dark fruit and nuttiness. A lot more pleasant on the nose and incredibly smooth and sweet on the palate

Very similar to the 12 doublewood on the nose, but a little less sharp. A lot more vanilla and spice on the palate and finish

Classic Speyside fruit and honey. The slightest bit of metallic and green apple on the nose, but vanishes instantly on the palate and finishes with very smooth butterscotch
