This level of peat is perfect for me. Not too overpowering, but punchy enough time keep things interesting. Bright, floral and little salty on the nose, a spike of bonfire on initial swallow that quickly fades into a very light fruitiness.

Very light and buttery with a hint of smoke. Someone once told me it tastes like the banana flavored runts, and they are not wrong. Personally don’t think it’s worth the now outrageous pricing, but without a doubt very enjoyable

This went in all kinds of directions for me and I love it. It’s not very peat heavy on the nose, but pretty meaty, briny and a little metallic. Peat more apparent on the taste but isn’t overpowering. ABV really takes charge and finishes with a slight vegetation and fruitiness
